Flowers

The flowers displayed at All Saints’ are arranged on a weekly basis by members of the flower group co-ordinated by Pat Spong.  We also provide more elaborate arrangements for weddings, funerals and special services.  Requests for flowers for the memorial window are welcomed.

There is a Flower Fund to cover the costs of flowers and ancillaries. Our ladies (no gents yet) give their time free so that we can offer value for money for the bespoke arrangements and still have a small surplus to go to the Fund.  In years where there are few weddings we do depend on donations to ensure that we can continue to have fresh flowers in the church every week.  If you would like to make a donation please pass it to me or one of the Churchwardens.

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to join the group – if you are interested but have no previous flower arranging experience we can show you how it is done.  To join this dedicated team and have the satisfaction of making All Saints brighter, please speak to me. The flowers are sourced from a local florist who gives us generous help and advice.
